Tushar D. Saupure is the founder and CEO of Akshardham Interiors, a well-known interior design company based in Pune. His firm specializes in residential design and complete project execution. But behind this successful business is a story of dreams, dedication, and determination.
Tushar was born and brought up in Shahada, a small rural town in the Nandurbar district of Maharashtra. Coming from a humble middle-class family, life wasn’t always easy. But Tushar had something special—a strong passion for drawing and sketching. As a child, he dreamt of becoming an architect. He was always curious about spaces, colors, and how designs could change the way people live and feel in their homes.
After finishing his 12th grade, he decided to follow his heart and took up interior design at Mumbai University. He worked hard, learning every aspect of design with great interest and focus. With each step, he moved closer to turning his passion into a profession.
In 2019, Tushar took a bold leap and started Akshardham Interiors. With no big office or team in the beginning, just a strong vision and belief in himself, he slowly began his journey. Today, under his leadership, Akshardham Interiors has become a trusted name in Pune for full home interior solutions—right from design to execution.
What makes Tushar different is his personal approach. He believes that a home should reflect the lifestyle and personality of the people who live in it. So, before starting any project, he takes time to understand his clients—their likes, dislikes, dreams, and needs.
